Here at Marina Beau Chene, we believe life is worth celebrating. Located on the scenic and beautiful Tchefuncte river, our marina is surrounded by breathtaking scenery that will put your mind at ease.
In 2017, Marina Beau Chene came under new management in order to develop upgrades of services to the marina and create a better sense of community on the Tchefuncte River.
Not only is our location beautiful, but it is one of the most secure marinas in the area. The marina is gated with an RFID locking system and other state of the art security systems, including high-tech security cameras. The marina also has armed security 24/7 with a Marina Manager on call at all times.

Meet our owners
Garrett Griggs
Garrett Griggs is an Air Force veteran, a native of Mandeville, and has been a resident of Beau Chene for over 10 years. Recently, Garrett became one of the partners of Marina Beau Chene, purchasing the property in hopes to develop a beautiful marina that is not only family friendly, but convenient and on the cutting edge of technology in order to serve the community. Along with his partnership in being one of the owners of Marina Beau Chene, Garrett also owns three local businesses in the Mandeville area.
Westco Breathalyzers, LLC - One of the main providers of vehicle interlock devices and GPS tracking services in St. Tammany Parish.
Westco Systems, LLC - a security and electronics company also based in St. Tammany which has clients statewide.
Westco Motors, LLC - an exotic automobile dealership.
Jared J. Riecke
Jared J. Riecke is one of the partners at Marina Beau Chene. Jared’s roots stem from a real estate background and construction, giving him an eye that turns ordinary places into extraordinary destinations.
Riecke is a lifetime resident of St. Tammany Parish; born and raised in the area, he has come to know, understand, and respect the culture, history, and the people of the parish.
Graduating from Louisiana State University in 1994, Jared returned home where he started his own construction and later founded his real estate development company.
In 1995 Jared additionally started a real estate management company that oversees over 100 apartment units, rental houses, as well as over one hundred thousand square feet of commercial space.
Jared has served as the Managing Member overseeing a variety of projects in the construction and real estate development field including historical renovations, shopping developments, and more.
By 2002, Jared expanded his management roles and business interests by becoming the CEO of Southeastern Louisiana Water and Sewer Co, LLC, (“SELA”), a private water and waste-water utility serving approximately 64,000 residents in the St. Tammany and Tangipahoa Parishes of Louisiana. Additionally, he served as the compliance official for multiple regulatory agencies including the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality.
Jared is active in the local community serving in St. Paul’s alumni association and as the Director of STARC Louisiana. He is a former member of the Causeway Police Charitable Foundation and a former Director of the Lake Pontchartrain Basin Maritime Museum.
